Russian troops release video saying that they will not fight.
I can imagine that many of them are fed up with the war. They lost over 65,000 Russian soldiers. Taking Ukraine is no easy feat. They are putting up a serious fight.
CNN's Frederik Pleitgen reports on the conflict in Ukraine as Russian President Vladimir Putin touts success, yet some of his soldiers refuse to fight.
