Yeah. You definitely can't skimp on a good power supply. Case fans are important too. So is storage, and a good motherboard. I see what he is talking about. One time, I took a recommendation from a guy who worked at Fry's Electronics, and I got a motherboard from a company called IWILL. That motherboard was hella slow. I went back, and got an Intel 440BX motherboard, and it was blazing fast. The quality of the motherboard matters. Period.
