Can Qualcomm compete with AMD and Intel in the desktop CPU space in 2025?

I am going to be honest. I really like Qualcomm chips; especially, in my handheld gaming devices. However, when it comes to laptop and desktop computers, I am sticking to either Intel or AMD.
