This 'guy' who is putting himself forward as a community leader is using shame tactics, to compensate for not delivering enough value to his congregation to make them give more money. He's salty because no one got him the Mavado watch he asked for? Right now people globally are too busy dealing with how an inflation crisis is hitting their day-to-day necessities, to have time to worry about whether or not their pastor can sing "Gangsta For Life" every moment he checks the time.

The delicate but sad truth is that a lot of pastors and priests are being discovered to have mismanaged their church's money, so it would be interesting to know if he shares with his congregation monthly/quarterly financial accounts that have been prepared by external accountants. This type of thing is necessary, and the one explaining what has happened in the accounts to the congregation should be the accountants and not the pastor.
