    What do y'all think about this? He may have had a knife, but he was in a wheelchair. It wasn't like he could actually get to anybody. He did have a weapon though.
    A second grand jury in Pima County, Arizona, has decided not to recommend charges of manslaughter against a former Tucson cop who shot dead a wheelchair-bound suspect in a mall parking lot.
