Manslaughter charges are dropped against ex-Tucson cop who shot a wheelchair-bound knife-wielding shoplifting suspect NINE TIMES, killing him as he fled a Walmart.
What do y'all think about this? He may have had a knife, but he was in a wheelchair. It wasn't like he could actually get to anybody. He did have a weapon though.
