Generation-Z is probably softer due to all of the distractions that are out here today. Social media is probably a big factor as to why Gen-Z workers are lazy. There so much technology compared to when I was coming up. Back then, when I was young, there were no cell phones, or social media. Not to mention, there was no pandemic that caused people to stay at home. You have to go out and actually meet people back then.
